Pane e Vino Wine Bar & Academy welcomes you into our living room to enjoy some of the finest wines from around the world, and to learn about the people, places, and history that have made it for centuries.
Pane e Vino Wine Bar & Academy offers a range of wine education classes and special tasting events led by sommelier Mike Kirkendoll. Pop-Up Classes will be announced both on the website and via social media so make sure to follow us. We also offer classes for the service industry and can do private classes/corporate tastings for groups of up to 20 guests.

SERVICE INDUSTRY CLASSES
We are pleased to offer classes for restaurants and bars who are interested in having their staff trained to provide higher-level service and gain knowledge and tools to help boost the quality of the guest experience. Classes will be catered to your specific needs and requests. Classes are scheduled by appointment and can be held at the East Lawrence Wine Academy or in your own space.
Wine List Development / Cellar Management
Boost profits by crafting a wine list that not only complements your cuisine, but also entices customers to purchase more wine. I can work with you to redesign/restructure your current offerings, or to help create a new list for your restaurant concept featuring wines from around the world that fit with your individual tastes.
Pricing: rates negotiated based on work requested
Staff Training & Education
Create an enhanced experience for your customers by giving your staff the knowledge and skills to confidently navigate your wine list and engage with clients. Understanding the basics of the world’s wine regions and grapes will help them to promote and sell wine on the floor. They will also receive guidance in proper service of both still and sparkling wines. Trainings, including guided tastings, can be hosted in your establishment or at the East Lawrence Wine Academy & Tasting Room.
Pricing: $250 for 2 hours plus wine costs
