Join us for a special pop-up night featuring an Italian-style meatloaf made famous by master butcher Dario Cecchini. Reportedly a favorite of the great Cosimo di Medici, this dish has the nickname ‘Il Cosimino’. Served with a side of melted Tuscan white beans and greens. $22pp.
