Pop the Cork! Sparkling Wine Pop-Up Class

Just in time for the Holidays, the East Lawrence Wine Academy opens its doors with a special Pop-Up class on Sparkling Wine. We will taste a variety of wonderful sparklers from around the world and explore the ins and outs of sparkling wine production methods, why Champagne is so expensive, and why we should all be enjoying sparkling wine as much as any other wine in the store!

This tasting and class will include at least 4 different wines.
